Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the Program materials for the duration described at the point of purchase. The Academy may update the Program’s content, schedule, or format to improve the learning experience.
Fees, billing cadence (one-time, monthly, or annual), and any free trial are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refund eligibility, where offered, is described at the point of purchase; contact the Academy for refund requests.
You agree to use the Program lawfully and respectfully, not to share your access with others, and not to copy, resell, or redistribute the Program materials. The Academy may suspend access for conduct that harms other participants or the Program.
All Program materials remain the property of BeSA Cloud Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use them for your own learning only; no other rights are granted.
By providing your details you agree that BeSA Cloud Academy may use them to administer your enrolment and to occasionally contact you by email about additional learning resources, new courses, and related offerings. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting the Academy.
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeSA Cloud Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Program. Completing the Program does not guarantee any specific outcome, certification, or employment.
The Academy may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
